These terms and conditions apply to the subscription to, and use of the services provided by www.plabrevision.com

Please take time to read these terms and conditions it is important for both of us that you understand our contractual relationship relating to your use of the website. Please make sure that you have read these terms and conditions before completing your transaction with us. We will not allow you to subscribe unless you have confirmed that you have read these terms.

General

We are in no way affiliated with the General Medical Council.

The questions available on this site have been designed by us for revision purposes only. They do not in any way indicate the actual questions that will be on the PLAB part 1 test.

Any reference to drug dosages should be checked with the British National Formulary before prescribing.

You undertake to us that all the details you give to us while using the website are correct in particular that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the service.

If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform us via our web form or by contacting subscriptions@plabrevision.com soon as possible.

You agree not to send unsolicited emails to email addresses at plabrevision.com.

If you use or attempt to use the service for purposes other than personal, individual revision or managing your account, including but not limited to copying questions, copying answers, tampering, hacking, modifying or otherwise corrupting the security or functionality of the service provided by www.plabrevision.com, your account will be terminated and you will be subject to damages and other penalties, including criminal prosecution where available.

We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice.

We accept no responsibility for any of the content or services of any of the companies listed in the links section.

Subscription

A subscription to www.plabrevision.com is for individual use only. It is only available for personal use, and no commercial use of www.plabrevision.com or its services will be permitted. One person may only have one subscription at any one time. Access to the member pages of the site starts on the day of acknowledgement of payment and continues for 2 calendar months. After this point, users may log in, but will have to subscribe for a further 2 months' access in order to view and answer questions. You may not use anyone else's password to access the questions, or give your password to someone else to use.

Order acknowledgement

Your order will be acknowledged by us via email, if you enter a correct email address. Once you receive an email from us, you will be able to log in and use the services provided by www.plabrevision.com.  

Payment

Payment can be made via Paypal only, and on a secure connection. Paypal accepts most credit and debit cards. There is currently no other available method of payment.  For further details see www.paypal.com.

We reserve the right to change the cost of our services at any time without notice.

Indemnity

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, our directors, staff, and associates harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.

All matters concerning and incidental to subscription to, and use of the services provided by www.plabrevision.com shall be in English and construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.
